Youth in Action 2012

Muscular Dystrophy Canada's 3rd Youth In Action Conference was a wonderful success over Aug 24-26th weekend! Many youth, families and caregivers travelled to Calgary to take part in the Action. The weekend was full of educational workshops and motivational speakers. Youth took part in meaningful discussions on education and employment with youth mentors and also hit the dance floor after a interactive banquet. Sunday provided for a recreational release with an option of taking part in Zumba/Dance, Power Soccer or Wheelchair Basketball. There were a lot of smiles and fun to be had all around.
