This August, the Making Muscles Move Campaign will be going on throughout Safeway stores, raising money for Muscular Dystrophy Canada. Next time you are in a store, make sure to extend your thanks!

Also this weekend, volunteers and staff members will be occupying stores acting as a representative for Muscular Dystrophy Canada. If you are one of those generous volunteers - we appreciate you, and thank you for volunteering your time!

Aug Bridges Event (Vancouver)

On Friday August 10th, a group of Bridges Youth attended an outdoor movie "Field of Dreams" at the Nat Bailey Baseball Stadium. Check out a picture of the nice summer night!

Be sure to stay tuned for upcoming monthly events, either workshops or socials! Bridges is a program offered to anyone between the ages of 15-24 who currently lives with a physical disability. Through workshops and socials gain confidence, build existing skills and further develop your social networks.
