On Wednesdays we (your "Bridges" staff) would like to share a tip or positive insight that we think is important or that raises an interesting thought. These "tips" will be things that we value and continue to strive toward to increase wellness in our own lives.
The "Wednesday Wellness Tips" will be based on getting more out of the life that we all live. It is nice to have reminders of simple, small ideas or insights that may improve our state of mind or our inner wellness. Hopefully these insights or tips on Wednesday, will help you tap into a positive mindset, and renew your day or week with a fresh perspective.
